Forest Grove School

This is the one-room school that sits about three miles from my house. I did some research. It opened in 1888 and closed in 1959. And now it sits full of memories of children who marched into this door. They learned to read. They learned math and history. They went on to raise families and work jobs and live their lives.

This is the photo I took this past Saturday afternoon.


I played with it in Photoshop and this is the picture I ended up with. I like it.
